La production de pain dans cette r\u00e9gion est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'histoire des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales au Portugal, notamment du seigle, du bl\u00e9 et, dans certaines r\u00e9gions, du ma\u00efs.
