Scope of the Association

Objectives

• The purpose of the Eternum Ebrietas Farmers Association is to develop ecological agricultural activity (organic, biodynamic, natural), forestry and/or beekeeping and all rural activities, in their scientific, technical and socioeconomic aspects and to defend the interests of its members as producers of ecological agricultural activities (organic, biodynamic, natural), forestry and/or beekeeping and other entrepreneurs who fall within the principles of ecological agricultural sustainability, the core of the association.

Vectors

• To achieve the stated objectives, the Eternum Ebrietas Farmers Association must:

1. 1. Promote professional training actions;
   2. Promote training and improvement actions for professions linked to agriculture, forestry and beekeeping;
   3. Promote the improvement and conservation of various autochthonous species, involving the management of officially established social awareness actions for the conservation of nature and biodiversity (Diário da República no. 142/2008, Series I of 2008-07-24 );
   4. Promote the concentration and commercialization of agricultural, forestry and bee products, in nature or processed;
   5. Fight for the typification, creation of brands and the qualification of various agricultural, forestry and bee products;
   6. Participate in the study, promotion and definition of economic policies regarding agricultural, forestry and beekeeping production and regional development;
   7. Provide technical assistance in organic production mode, in protection and integrated production and in other production modes or particular systems, in both technical and commercial aspects;
   8. Promote and participate in all technical and scientific research actions related directly or indirectly to agricultural, forestry and beekeeping production, disseminating them to the social body;
   9. Promote and participate, both at national and community level, in all forms of associations in the sectors in which it is interested;
   10. Promote, operationalize and make advisory and technical assistance services and replacement services available to its members and the general public, at technical, economic and regulatory levels;
   11. Promote, operationalize and explore laboratory and metrological services;
   12. Promote the recognition and remuneration of environmental services provided by agricultural, forestry and beekeeping farms;
   13. Contribute to the reconciliation between agricultural, forestry and beekeeping activities and the conservation of nature and natural resources, promoting the actions necessary to achieve this objective;
   14. Promote the conservation and improvement of plant species and biodiversity;
   15. Organize, promote and operate events such as fairs, exhibitions, congresses, seminars, among others;
   16. Participate in the capital of companies that transform and sell agricultural, forestry and bee products and provide services.
